Predrag Manojlović
Born in Split on 20 September 1951.
BA, Faculty of Economy, University of Belgrade.
MBA in Sports Organisation Management, University of Lyon. Speaks
English.
SPORTSMAN
From 1965 to 1967 played water polo for POŠK from Split.
After a year’s break in 1968, transferred to Partizan from Belgrade,
making 500 appearances until 1982.
Played his last season for Bečej and retired in 1983.
Had 264 appearances for the Yugoslav national team.
TROPHIES
- Playing for Partizan he was a nine-time Yugoslav Champion, a
seven-time Yugoslav Cup winner and a two-time European Championships
Cup winner.
- Playing for the Yugoslav national team he won:
- silver medal at the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow;
- bronze medals at the World Championships in Belgrade in 1973 and
in Berlin in 1978;
- bronze medal at the FINA World Cup in Rijeka in 1979;
- bronze and silver medal at the European Championships in Vienna in
1974 and in Yencheping in 1977 respectively;
- bronze and gold medal at the Mediterranean Games in Algeria in
1974 and in Split in 1979 respectively;
- bronze medal at the University Games in Mexico in 1979.
SPORTS WORKER
- Member of the General Assembly of the Yugoslav Olympic
Committee.
- Vice-president of the General Assembly of Partizan Yugoslav Sports
Association.
- Vice-president of the Yugoslav Committee “Pierre de Coubertin”.
- President of the Executive Board of the Belgrade Marathon.
- President of the Executive Board of the Yugoslav Triathlon Union.
- Member of the Executive Boards of the Athletic Federation of
Yugoslavia, Partizan
- Football Club, Water Polo Association of
Yugoslavia and Partizan Water Polo Club.

- Deputy Secretary General of Partizan Yugoslav Sports Association

- Vice-president of the Belgrade City Council (1993 – 1994).
- Assistant Manager with the Public Enterprise of PTT Communications
“Srbija” (1997 –2000).
- Secretary General of the Olympic Committee of Serbia (the Olympic
Committee of Serbia and Montenegro) since November 2000 (second
terms of office).
